Frequency Friday

Everything is frequency—energy in motion. From the moon to our cells, from light to sound, we are constantly interacting with subtle vibrations. During this experience, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, feel, and explore these frequencies through a variety of engaging practices:

 Be immersed in a dynamic environment of light frequencies, colors, and patterns
 Honor Grandmother Moon with a seasonal message and receive intuitive insights through Animal Oracle Cards
 Create your own rhythms as Steve leads an interactive drum circle with a variety of percussion instruments
 Experience the subtle yet powerful effects of Michelle’s tuning forks
 Close the evening with a deeply relaxing guided meditation and sound bath, featuring crystal and Tibetan bowls and other soothing instruments
