Tai Chi Gung is a gentle practice that combines slow, flowing movements with mindful breathing to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Often described as a moving meditation, it helps reduce stress, increase energy, and promote a greater sense of calm. Suitable for beginners and adaptable for all abilities.
Participants can stand or use a chair.
