Hours

Varied. Grounds: daylight

As our North Country summer begins to wind down, September invites us to settle into a new rhythm. In the blink of an eye, the days have gotten shorter and the hints of autumn leaves are showing. This is a wonderful time to reconnect with ourselves, return to simple routines, and make space for what supports our well-being. At Meadow Path, we’re looking forward to a season of movement, connection, and mindful renewal.

September Wellness Tip: Take Your Time

Labor Day and the beginning weeks of school can bring a sudden rush of activity, but your body doesn’t have to keep up with the calendar. Try taking a few moments each day to slow down—step outside, take a few deep breaths of the cooler air, stretch gently, or simply notice what’s around you.

Small moments of slowing down can help you feel more grounded and present as the season changes.

A Special Thank You!

Our Open House was a wonderful day of connection, and we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make it possible. To our dedicated volunteers who gave their time, energy, and enthusiasm—and to everyone who stopped by, participated in a class or activity, met our practitioners, or simply came to say hello—we are truly grateful. (And to Mother Nature who gifted us with warmth, sunshine and a gentle breeze!)

Your support helps Meadow Path continue to grow as a welcoming place for wellness, connection, and community. Thank you for being part of the Meadow Path community!

New on the Blog

Did you know that regularly participating in a drum circle can significantly reduce depression and provide other wellness benefits?

There is something ancient and instinctive about rhythm. Before language, before story, there was the beat. The steady pulse of a drum mirrors the heartbeat — grounding, regulating, and connecting us to something deeper within.

At Meadow Path, drumming is more than music. It’s a whole-body wellness practice. Read more here.
