  • July 11 – Flourish – Explore Martin Seligman’s PERMA Model of well‑being: Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment. Learn how strengths, purpose, and contribution create a deeply fulfilling life.
  • July 25 – Nitric Oxide & the Vagus Nerve – Discover how nitric oxide supports immunity, vascular health, and healthy aging — and how to increase it naturally.
    Then explore the vagus nerve: your body’s “caretaker” for mood, digestion, and calm. Learn simple yoga‑based tools (touch, vibration, breath) to strengthen it.
  • August 8 – Kindness – Kindness changes the brain, lowers blood pressure, reduces wrinkles, boosts mood, and strengthens relationships. Explore inner vs. outer kindness and how to live it more fully.
  • August 22 – Building Connections & Friendships – Learn tools for creating meaningful friendships and social bonds — the #1 predictor of happiness and longevity according to the Harvard 85‑year study.
