July 2026
Summer is in full bloom, and we invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the beauty of the season. This month brings gentle classes, community gatherings, and opportunities to support your well-being—on the mat, through the healing arts, and in nature.

🌿 Wellness Tip: Take the Scenic Route
Spending time in wooded environments has been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and support immune function. In Japan, this practice is known as Shinrin-yoku (“forest bathing”).
This month, choose one walk without a destination. Move slowly. Notice light, sound, and color. Let the walk be enough on its own.
If you are nearby, our trails and labyrinth remain open daily for quiet reflection and connection with nature.
