As a yoga and wellness-based center, Meadow Path Healing Arts & Yoga Center provides experiential education with the whole person in mind. We invite you to host your upcoming public or private event at our Center.
All rentals must be approved by the Board of Directors. The Board will consider approving events that:
- Support personal empowerment through self-actualization and transformation
- Promote healing arts and growth-oriented opportunities
- Foster connections among family, friends, coworkers, and colleagues for the highest good of all
- Align with the mission and values of Meadow Path

Our spaces are suitable for a variety of events, including:
- Spiritual services
- Personal growth and wellness workshops
- Presentations and classes
- Wellness services
- Retreats
- Meetings and luncheons
- Weddings
- Festivals
Capacity:
- Indoor facility: up to 21 people
- Outdoor grounds: larger groups
How to Book
- Public workshops, presentations, or class series: Use the Workshop Proposal Form
- Spiritual services, festivals, private events, or wellness sessions with clients: Use the Rental Request Form.
You may email the form, snail mail it, or drop it off at the Center. Forms are also available at the Center.
General Guidelines for Use
- Meadow Path buildings and grounds are non-smoking and alcohol-free
- Parking is available in the driveway next to the Center and in the main parking area on the north side of the building
- Kitchen facilities are available; renters must supply all paper goods
- Indoor seating: 20 folding chairs, 7–6′ tables, 1–8′ table
- Outdoor seating: picnic tables, benches, and chairs
- Free Wi-Fi is available in the building
- Yoga studio has a sound system for music
- Additional insurance may be required for large events
- At the end of your event, please return all areas to their original condition (sweep floors, turn off equipment, remove trash, secure the building)
Standard Public Event Rates
Rental rates are determined by the Board of Directors, based on:
- Number of attendees
- Number of days of rental
- Indoor and/or outdoor usage
- Whether the event is free or paid
- Event cost
Typical Public Event Fees for Non-Team Members
- Ongoing weekly classes ($0–$15 per participant): Fee = $4 per participant per class (minimum 4 weeks) $12 minimum.
- Half-day classes and workshops: 30% of total fee ($5 minimum per person, up to 4 hours)
- Full-day classes and workshops: 30% of total fee ($10 minimum per person, 4–8 hours)
- Private 1:1 sessions: 30% of total fee ($5 minimum per client)
- Meadow Path-sponsored or referred off-site events: 20% of total fee
Team members participate at a reduced rate.
Note: Other terms apply. Details will be provided upon request. Approved per-student material fees are exempt when advertised clearly (e.g., Mandala painting class $30 plus $10 materials; $10 is exempt). Basic promotion at the Center, in the newsletter, and on Facebook is included for your event with adequate advanced notice.
Private events (luncheons, meetings, closed classes) are subject to different rates and policies determined on a case-by-case basis. Typically, for groups of 20 or less, renters pay $25 for a 1/2 day or $50 for a full day (8 hours).
All events must be pre-approved by the Board. A Board Member must be on-site and may attend at no cost (except material fees).
