Hours

Varied. Grounds: daylight

Yoga has been part of my life since I was 19 years old. After more than five decades of practice across many modalities, the stars finally aligned, and I enrolled in a Dharma Yoga Teacher Training. I wondered if I was too old to begin teaching — but yoga always meets us exactly where we are.

Though Dharma Yoga certified, I bring over 50 years of lived experience into every class I offer. I trust my ability to sense what is needed in the room and to shape a practice that meets students with steadiness, compassion, and care. This intuitive guidance is something I honor with gratitude.

Yoga has sustained me through seasons of stress, sorrow, and profound life transitions. It has strengthened my body, but even more so, it has steadied my spirit. That quiet strength is what I hope to share with others.

The outdoors is my happy place. I have raised bees and chickens, gathered sap from my own maple trees to make syrup, and grown food and flowers with my hands in the soil. Gardening, bicycling, cooking, and creating keep me grounded and grateful. For over 20 years, I taught vegan cooking classes and worked as an interior decorator and lifestyle coach — always drawn to helping others create spaces, both inner and outer, that feel nourishing and true.

I am a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and foster mother — roles that have taught me patience, presence, and unconditional love.

Over the years, I have seen how yoga brings people together and creates spaces where healing and genuine connection can flourish. It is my hope to help Meadow Path grow as a place where teachers support one another, and students feel truly welcomed and cared for.

Above all, I remain a lifelong student of the practice — and it is this devotion that most defines me.
