Meadow Path Healing Arts & Yoga Center is a nonprofit wellness sanctuary devoted to healing, reflection, and vibrant living. We offer a welcoming space where you can nurture body, mind, and spirit through yoga, mindfulness, and holistic practices that cultivate calm strength, peaceful presence, and renewed vitality. Our mission supports healthy aging, personal growth, and meaningful connection within a caring community — inspiring opportunities to give back, honor one another, and serve with compassion while living fully at every stage of life.
Unlike gyms or multipurpose venues, Meadow Path is a purposefully created environment where every detail — from our experienced teachers to our peaceful indoor and outdoor spaces — is designed to support depth, presence, and genuine well-being.
Whether you join us for a class, a healing session, or quiet time on the grounds, you are invited to move at your own pace and engage in ways that feel nourishing, restorative, and true to you.
About Our Grounds
The Center is set on 7.5 acres of open meadowland bordered by mature woodlands, creating a naturally peaceful and private setting. The landscape offers gently sloping open space with walking paths, a labyrinth, stone circle, and areas for quiet reflection, The surrounding trees and grove with its vignettes and seating areas provide a sense of shelter, calm, and connection to nature. Together, the land supports both individual contemplation and shared community experiences. Explore our grounds here.
About Our Name
Our name reflects both the place we steward and the journey we invite.
- Meadow Path evokes a restorative, meaningful life path, offering calm, introspection, and emotional safety.
- Healing Arts encompasses compassionate, heart-centered, and trauma-aware practices that support restoration, balance, and holistic wellbeing.
